Women, youth and disabled persons empowerment

AUEPM principal is that the empowerment of women and youth should be achieved in all aspect of work. AUEPM is targeting to achieve 30% women and youth participation on the board of directors by year end 2025 in order to fulfil the Empowerment Equity Act and the BBEEE policy requirements.
Development and training

is core of AUEPM HR strategy to develop and retain talent. The firm’s objective is to train its staff and transfer technology to new recruited staff in order to keep consistency on the quality of services that we provide to our customers. This strategy will only be achieved by sending our staff to higher learning institutions.
Health Safety

is concern of AUEPM. The firm’s will always comply with all the health and safety regulations as stipulated in the Occupational Health and Safety Act which forms the company’s safety policy.
